One of the kids is "strong" enough to lead the team past what this year is. Focus on working hard, play the game right and not give up. We lose because we cant stop the puck, but we dont give up.
I guess I am saying that a Leader emerges from this season and keeps the team together. - atlsabsfan
I get what you're saying but this is the 2nd attempt in 10 years run by the same owner, the current players coming into their primes are still winners but they gave up on this organization.
I still have yet to see a logical solution presented this time around that will allow winners to want to play for the Sabres.
This organizations entire approach and future is dependent on a lottery pick a year from now.
The insiders advice is go spend time with family, ha jesus, hope really is a lucrative market.

You need a real captain, someone who gets it. Think Col and Landeskog
More proof the Sabres need to become a goalie factory, draft or acquire a young one every year.
You never know with goalies so you just need to throw as much at the wall as you can. If you end up with a glut of great goalies on ELC's or that get to their bridge deal you can flip them.
Having too much talent at a position is something we haven't known in a LONG time.
I liken this season to the one the Sens just had this past year.
We’ll suck but watching the likes of Cozens, Mitts, Asplund, Thompson, Ruotsalinen, Dahlin, and Joker hopefully take the next step will be intriguing, at least for me - Pegullaville
Sounds like a perfect plan to retain and attract season ticket holders. The organization is probably praying they can use Covid as an excuse again for what’s going to be one of the worst game atmosphere in the league.
I would hate to be a fan of that franchise - gerbe75pts
this one isn't any better...in fact the sabres are worse on the ice...since the league came out of the 2012-13 lockout season, the yotes have won 251 games compared to the sabres 215 and have .467 points percentage compared to the sabres .412...
and both organizations were an embarrassment for their tanking shenanigans in 2014-15
