College Hockey is a pretty sweet product.

Been to some Denver U games and for the price and vantage point, better than the AVS.

Business is rough eh? Can’t afford the good avs tickets.

Sure. Not exactly sure if you’re making a point or something. But being big is only relevant if you’re also capable of nhl play.

I think hankypanky would be a good cheap get. Can clear crease and him being glued to the defensive side of the game might work well with MM doing things. Even Guddy I’d be alright with. At least we should see some fights.

.
I do believe one of Hanakpaa or Gudbrandson will be signed for the bottom pair. While my preference has been to target a guy who is a top 4 RD, I don't think it is happening now. I remember being really impressed with Gud when he was in town, thought he got the poopty treatment. Just hope we keep it at 2 years or so with either.

You clown lol

Michael Stone
Erik Gudbranson
Sami Vatanen
Jani Hakanpaa

Those are the options for D he mentioned for a good price.

I wouldn't mind Gudbranson to be honest. I thought he exceeded expectations here until Sully moved him to the left side.

poop, that is a good deal. That is a hell of a defence they have there in Dallas!

Lose Oleksiak but added Suter and Hakanpaa... in addition to the really good D they already had.

I was impressed too. I thought he'd look much slower than what was advertised.

How about Michael Stone? Could he be a decent addition?

As much as I liked Vatanen's game 3-4 years ago, he's not what we need right now.

Nah, just been to so many games over the years. Good to see something different.

Seen so many Pens/Avs games that are a total snoozefest.

Per Seravelli- Sounds funny to type, but there was a legitimate bidding war for Hakanpaa. Lots of teams wanted a steady defender who doesn't make many mistakes - at that price point.

He had multiple offers in this range and wanted to be with fellow 🇫🇮: Heiskanen, Hintz, Lindell, Kiviranta.

I'm only posting this for the people who think they can get any UFA to sign in Pittsburgh for the same amount they sign elsewhere. Often the deciding factor is something out of the team's hands.
