What are the options now?

Keumper would be good.
Dallas has about 18 goalies signed, assuming both Khudobin and Bishop are available, neither good options.
Seattle now has Grubauer, Driedger and Vanacek... I expect they would move one.
Fleury in Chicago. I 100% guarantee Colorado is going to be going after him.
Who else?

- MacPatty

Other teams will be far more aggressive now for Kuemper given everything going on. I don't see our tandem changing.

Not to mention how Malkin bounces back from a serious knee surgery at his age.
- Tojo.

I mean it didn’t sound like it was serious to me. Not insignificant but not serious either.

I would love to see Fleury playing for the Avs against Vegas multiple times a year

Didn't he shut us out his first year back with Vegas?

At least Boston doubled down on what the pens with McGinn. Haula and Nosek 4.1 mill combined.

They didn’t get the memo about giving them 4 years though.

"Brock is a great heart and soul team guy. He competes every shift and is reliable in the D zone. Actually surprised they let him go, as he was coach Rod's type of player. He'll chip in 8-10 goals and will be your next Tanev fan favorite."

This is what a Hurricanes fan wrote in the blog about Mcginn. Make anyone feel better?

Biggest problem is that the Pens have been shuffling the bottom 6 deck when they should have been trying to acquire another top 6 talent instead to try and push one of Zucker or Kap further down the lineup.

He's got a couple of decent offensive seasons. Can't have too many guys who give 100% every shift. That's why they cost that extra 750k

Wouldn't upset me if he was back cheap. If we actually are keeping Pettersson and MM I don't mind letting Friedman and Ruhwedel battle for that spot either.

Yeah those were some bonehead moves. Petts/Maths together was rough. Especially when Hornqvist was the type of player we needed last season lol

Yeah 16 goals/30 points, that I'm assuming were mostly 5 on 5, 3 seasons ago isnt bad for a bottom 6 forward. Does it happen again though?

EDIT: 14 goals/28 points the season after as well...
