Some teams have more than 90% of their players vaccinated.

The NFL never defined what an outbreak is, also if their vaccinated players are the reason they can't play they didn't mention anything about that.

Hes complaining about the NFLPA rules, not the NFL. I am not sure that going public about his issue on social media served him or the team very well.

There are plenty of other players on other teams that havent received the vaccine that havent made a stink about it. HE doesnt like the rules the players union have made, so complain to the union, and minimize the negative exposure to the team. Its part of being a leader and part of being on a team.
