We came close to getting so many diseases wiped off the planet and then pockets break out here and there. There's been no great saver of lives in the history of the planet than vaccines.

Because I've seen people quoting the VAERS numbers, what you need to understand about it is that VAERS is not vetted in any way. There is nobody fact checking or following up those reports. They are submitted, and people go through them looking for correlations, but in terms of raw data the sheer number of reports is largely meaningless.
