At this point I think it’s evident this is going to lead towards a pretty big civil unrest between people who literally prior to Covid could get along pretty well. There’s this current arrogance and smugness of vaccinated people that is leading towards the extreme othering of a significant population of people who are unvaccinated, a lot who might be friends and family. It’s actually pretty tragic what is unfolding and where you can ultimately see this going.

I am still a bit surprised that the national consensus has us in the bottom 2 next year. We were flirting with .500 over the last quarter of the season with ECHL goaltending. I think if we get back a player or two for Jack and add in a vet or two things might not be so bad. I think we are going to surprise some people.

One of my very, very close relatives has stage 3 blood cancer, and has to have a full transfusion, bone marrow and stem cell transplant.

She will need all the vaccinations she's ever received over again, and it will take her years to regain her immune system.
