First of all, the players are probably thinking no help is on the way, we’re (frank)ed boys. Especially after the real grinders are gone. Also, no good manager/head boss goes easy on his/her crew. You have to be hard on people to get the best out of them. They have to know there’s consequences if they don’t perform. Dubas has no clue how to be a leader, and the teams performance when it matters is a reflection of that.

Yeah, he shouldn’t.

He should stop pumping their tires, and make them a little more afraid to give poor performances. But Dubas ACTUALLY believes this team is good enough to win even with Hyman gone and Campbell as a starter. The problem is Dubas has no idea what he’s doing.
