Reinhart was NOT going to stay in Buffalo past this season. Buffalo, is NOT a playoff team and is salvaging assets now rather than later to help mitigate the impact of a staggered rebuild. He is in fact a temperamental whiner who clearly stated during locker clean out day that he wants no part of a rebuild or anything like it. He’s slow and in today’s game, that is a liability. Oh, and the majority of his production is either on a PP or a line with Eichel.
This organization is making well thought out calculated moves with foresight. Something you obviously do not have. But, of course you know better than a coach, GM and entire staff with centuries worth of playing time and or experience.
He’s good, belongs on a 2nd or 3rd line. Not a top line and should have been the Sabres 2nd line center but he absolutely couldn’t handle that from the get go. Cozens has almost proved more than that guy. Proven… ain’t anyone proven til they play in the playoffs. Til then, get yourself a dictionary.
