I had Garland in my pool. He is a very active in all fields. He covers all the bases. We took two years off from selecting high picks , they can pick up again next year. There is already enough young players.

I've been a big fan of Garland for a couple of years now, he's fearless and can finish. Has some Gallagher in his game.

Some OHL guys saying that this Arcuri kid still on the board is a steal now, 2nd line center potential, has good size.

Horvat/Garland/Pearson or Hoglander on the port side ? Or swapping Garland for Boesser and giving Horvat his preferred partners of Boesser and Pearson ?

From what I've read, his skating is okay, but his playmaking is not the best. I'm assuming his defensive play is also a work in progress.

Sounds like he is committed to D - back checking, take aways, etc - and has good pace so skating isn’t an issue but uses an inefficient technique (which suggests he can improve even more). Raw with lots of room to grow

How excited should we be for Jack Rathbone this season? Nobody ever mentions him.

I've seen Bar listed by a few people

Guessing the Canucks go D or G, Euro or American

Rathbone and podkolzin I'm super hyped on. I think both will be tremendous players for us.

I posted a bunch of players earlier today that were good but very young in this draft. That's a swing worth taking late.

Vladislav went 1 second after I posted that too.

Same, lots of talk on the new players from the trade, but those two guys can really dictate how our season will go.

How is Schmidt still a Canuck?

Benning is probably trying to make a hockey trade and while attaching some picks to seal the deal for a worse player

How many trades has JB got picks back in? Honest question. Seems to attach them more than get them back

Could be, all in for JB. I'm all for it. We got the core in place. I bet alot of deals always end with Bo, petey, hughes, demko, brock, Podz, hogs.
