Kobe’s a rapist and it sucks that he was absolved because he was an elite talent. I personally will not forget that he raped someone and I wish more people wouldn’t either.

The picture was not consensual and is not just “ignorant and stupid”. It’s a porno graphic picture taken against someone’s will and shown to others, and it doesn’t matter if the initial encounter was consensual for that to qualify as assault. Being young does not absolve someone of sexual assault. Both my wife and sister are victims of sexual assault and have zero tolerance for this shot and do not want my organization to be the one to try to give someone guilty of such base behavior a second chance.

Whatever happens with this kid is Montreal’s business but I’m happy he’s not a Penguin.
