Prokhor Poltapov to the Sabres, one of my favorite players in the draft to watch. Super skilled, competes. Skating needs to get a bit better, but he put up big numbers in the SHL and looked really good at World U18s. Listed him No. 32.

I complain about the Sabres as much as anyone, but that's a fine package for Reinhart. If anyone would have said the Sabres could trade Risto and Sam for 2 1sts, a 2nd, a fun player and goalie prospect, we'd have taken it in an instant.

He doesn't battle on the boards either which is what the Sabres need. No speed up the middle and no battle on the boards, the Sabres passed many times to make him a pillar of their organization and I, personally, don't think they are going to miss him too much.
