What GM offers that trade?

When you need a right handed dman and you find a guy that you can re sign and hasn’t been deployed properly. I guess you’d rather we go with Jones at 9.5 mil.

As well, not a deep draft etc. I’m willing to see how this works out and agree with bills assessment.

Hart and Sanheim are going to eat up a good chunk of the available 12M in cap space -- I am not sure you can get 4FA for 5 to 6M

How in the world can you pen Frost in as second line center? He hasn’t even proved he can be a NHL regular. Add the fact that he was hurt all of last year.

Cam is a shooter and shoot first mentality, also on top of that he is a never quit kind of player. So basically a complete opposite of Voracek and cheaper.

Everything he’s done so far this offseason ends up as a net positive for me. This franchise needed major, major change and it got it for once.

Most would. Lets dig in. Fletcher traded 2 crappy defenseman with no trade value what-so-ever (Fletcher confirmed he forced Buffalo to take Hagg in order for the deal to happen cap wise), 1 2nd tier forward prospect that will take 3-4 years to develop before you even know what you have, 2022 and 2023 second round picks (which he has time to recoup in the future) and a 7th round pick which he had two of already. And in return Fletcher gained cap space and a legitimate top 4 defenseman that add toughness and skill.

Yup, I think Fletcher did an outstanding job!

I would have rather moved those assets for Seth Jones than RR. You have to think that rr is going to get 6-7 to resign. Is Jones worth 2-3M a year more than RR? yes, he is. Jones was on colombus teams that were not world beaters and his metrics and the eye test is nothing comparable to RR.

The JV for CA trade is an ok trade -- I do not think the forward group is as talented with CA in and JV out. I would rather have Cody Glass and Phil Myers than Ryan Ellis on the team

Outstanding trade Jake straight up for Atkinson. Atkinson brings everything that Jake doesnt. Scores goals..plays a 200 foot game..a leader. Thrilled with this trade. A lower CAP hit who could ask for anything more. Only down side is 1 extra year on contract. Have no idea what Columbus is doing.

Now if you can get rid of clode you might be on to something! Maybe he’s worth a seventh round pick!LMFAO!
