I just don’t see how a place you’d almost be certain Sam would resign, out west, could beat a team in division with a better deal.

A 2022 1st is a lot more than the Rangers got for Buch. I really hope it is more, especially with all that Gerbe said about how happy we will be with the return for Sam. Probably just another episode in the life of a Sabre fan. High with Risto trade, high with Power, low with pick 13 and no trade into top 10 and low with the Rhino trade. Maybe there will be a high coming.

I think he was trying to prove a point to those of us that said, "Try winning and see what happens." The point is, that's not going to happen.

I do appreciate KA's stance on being patient and not forced into anything at the moment though.

They better pour money into development and getting these kids ready.
