Yeah he’s the fourth most valuable asset there. |

The previous caller was also way way off his rocker |

3? …
The first this year is pretty late!
The ‘22 first better be unprotected.
Cole, well we know what Gerbe thinks of Cole.
I’m underwhelmed. Not even whelmed. Certainly not overwhelmed… |

Pick 30 is pretty risky. Next years first too.

Without knowing anything that Montreal is thinking, I think you have a better shot at Suzuki.
They can still put Danault and JK as their 2C and 3C. |

Bingo!!!! We have Mitts, we don't need this nothing. Their firsts will be low so the only shining light of this trade is Caufield. Adams in the span of a few hours becomes Fletcher the second |

Yeah I mean that would make sense from their standpoint
But if I am Buffalo is there enough to get me to move Eichel to a divisional opponent

JK and Caufield and 2 picks I would be super happy - Stripes77
Like bee dee posted,
Maybe shea Weber dead contract too?
Freed up some cash with viking55
I could see this trade being very fair, but interdivison seems like a long shot |

For a playoff team and putting Jack in division. Even the unprotected ’22 and ‘23 would be a hell of a crap shoot…. |

Cole Caufield, and 2 first would keep with the rumblings that Adams price for Eichel is high, as Larry Brooks said, fantastical

If I am making a trade with a team for unprotected picks. The habs would be a team that wouldnt require it, and have a good chance of not making the playoffs.

I never said to not protect Risto for the purposes of a trade.
Would I have liked to have kept Borgen ? Yes he would have been a great replacement for 1/5th the cost.
The Sabres lost a perfectly good d-man for no reason apart from the fact they didn’t trade Risto for the past 3 offseasons
Would you admit that is the case ? Probably not - Pegullaville
There is the point, and really the only point. Sabres Org knew this was coming for 3 years.
Maybe the " have a bit more information than the average fan", but they continually fail to plan adequately and make reactionary decisions. Maybe they should use all that extra info and turn it into knowledge they can act on.
I have, and continue to have no idea what Risto's value is ... the general consensus is that Philly got bum hole raped.
Good on Adams... now do it again 3 more times!! |

I think Dahlin Joker and Power would be a great foundation
Plus Johnson, Bryson, Samuelsson
Power and Eklund with JK and Caufield and I would be happy and actually want to watch the team next season - Stripes77
You can never have enough defenseman.
Think used shin pads / vs. Carolina
Teams are giving up the 13th pick, a player and a 2nd round future....for risto ....
Hughes just seems like such a lock to be an nhler.
More than any other draft eligible player IMO. |
