What “L” ?
- Pegullaville

Apparently philly giving up a package 99.9% of fans thinks is absolutely terrible now means Risto is good.

Zegras, Drysdale, 3rd overall, Comtois and Henrique
- Stripes77

I don’t think that’s enough for them together plus There would be salary cap issues

How about:
Eichel and 31oa for drysdale, zergras, comtois, Henrique and 3oa

Sam to Columbus for 5oa and merzlikins

There better be a huge add from Anaheim's side

It would be Eichel and 13 for Drydale Zegras 3rd overall and Perrault and even then I am not sure that's enough

- Stripes77

Ya I’m just saying so that Anh includes Zegras!

What if they add that first from Risto to Eichel and get Zegras and 3 deal included?

No

I would be tempted to trade Eichel and Reinhart as a package if it means Zegras, Drysdale, 3OA plus some other pieces.

1OA 3OA 13OA 32OA

Sabres would be a power house in 2-3 years.

- sabresfan69

If u think that we should logically get more for Reinhart than we got for Risto…..
And more for Eichel than we’ll get for Reinhart…..

Then we should end up in really good shape with newly acquired assets

That Eichel trade would go down as greatest fleece in NHL history

I apologize for being mad about Borgen, but also go trade Hagg now too
- mattmoulson

That would be another GREAT deal imo

Only way that could get beat is if LA included Byfield

Or people on Twitter thinking Risto is bad because heat maps say so doesn't mean he is either. Most players on last-place teams have bad analytics when they are playing on an island. He is not a #1 but he is not garbage either.

That's what's great about knowing the game and not following the herd.

Four first rounders this year doesnt help us. Some need to be pushed off to 2022 and potentially 2023. Spread out the talent so that you know what you have and what you need, and if there are opportunities over time instead of blowing your allowance all at once.

Robert Hagg is a very physical defensemen, who takes himself out of plays, and can't pass a puck. He's a 3rd pair D with some PK time. So basically Buffalo found a way to get paid a 1st and 2nd to play Risto in the right spot finally. Oh... and saved 4 million while doing it.

For the sabres obviously.

To get Drysdale, Zegras, Comtois 3OA for Eichel + 32nd

From Anaheim is saying they don't even want to give up Zegras.

Pretty sure noone was saying Borgen has more value than Risto. Just was time to move on from Risto.

One move is not gonna put me in love with Adams. Botterill also got Jokiharu for Nylander and did nothing after that.

Dont take your foot off the pedal Adams! There are deals to be made

- ZiggyBuff

Really cant understand what your saying, slow down ziggy, finish your crow first. 😀

Plenty said borgen is better than risto.

Yeah I don't think it would happen but man what a complete revamp on one day

Then get a goalie on the trade market and let Donnie piece it together

We deserve it after having to watch ROR lift the cup and the conn smythe. not even to mention berglund retiring mid season and watching vlad soblowtka waddle around the ice for two seasons.

Risto is a #4 or 5 dman that they are going to have to pay 6 million dollars to.
They gave up a frist 2nd and rsoter player for him.

Its bad.

Or you dont know the game because you think a player is good when 99.9% of the NHL worlds thinks he isnt.

Also, your high horse has arrived and is waiting for you to get on it.

- ImThatGuy

I was right about keeping ROR

I was the first to say something was wrong with Skinner

I said Reinhart would be a 50-60pt player and that was it and wala he is and will soon be out the door too and never signed a big contract with the Sabres.

I was right about Tyler Myers

I WAS RIGHT THAT RISTO HAD VALUE

we could go on...
