At this point yes, roll with Cozins and Middlestadt..maybe Dahlin turns into %75 of what we thought we were getting.

Add whomever they draft this year and what I assume will be two top 5 picks next year.

This season will be awful, need to focus on growth and smart salary cap decisions.

If all these hypotheticals about Minny,L.A., Ducks, etc... had some semblance of truth they would of happened by now.

Cozensons

Get the try hard/ longevity bonus .

Basically have watched them develop over the past 6/7 years of season ticket ownership.


I will give you a + in regards to jo'el ar- mia.

And btw I could very well see Borgen having a Brayden McNabb type of career where in 4 years from now he’s making a very modest salary playing a 3/4 role on a contender and is left wondering why we let him go for nothing

I just don't see it. What is it 3,4 teams that actually turn a sizable profit in the league, everyone else is looking for cheap players in the current economic climate. Why are they giving up 4 cheap good assets to take on Eichel.

He's a really good player, too much baggage right now.


If Seattle makes that offer I would take it.

I would think about it to, I was really talking about announcing any deal for Eichel or Rhino right know, you have until 8pm to get the best offer. Risto is a little different, take a decent offer and run away.

I think he plays with buffalo this season as well.
Maybe waits to eat up a year of his contract and finishes the season in buffalo after the college playoffs?

Our d is going to need a veteran leader.

Borgen could absolutely be a good 3/4 defenseman.
I liked him as much as the next Sabres fan.

Pretending that straight up , during an expansion draft, he has more value than risto is just foolish.

14 games vs. 500+
0 points vs 240+ points.

Take the names off the back and you would be spinning this a different way.
