Why not? Kostin and Kravtsov played together on the WJ where Kostin was the captain. He was supposed to be a top 15 pick but the Russian factor made him drop. He has a ton of skill but plays very physical. Let him and Kreider throw their bodies around and just set up Kravtsov. Unless the 3rd line would be Kreider Kostin Goodrow.

So your figuring 15.5 million for Fox and Shestorken? So that sounds like 10 mill for Fox and 5.5 mill for the goalie. That’s insane money for Fox, he’s good but 10 mill a year. If he’s that great let’s trade him to the Kings for Blyfied and Turcotte which is a position the Rangers need to address.They have other D like Jones and Lundquist to take Fox’s place. The 5.5 mill for the goalie sounds about right.

Belief is Drury won't budge on adding certain players to Eichel deal, so it appears #Sabres working to squeeze other teams (presumably MIN/ANA/LA) for players they prefer over #NYR package.

Very fluid situation, but sounds like a game of chicken. I don't sense Drury will blink.

I don't think Fox gets 10, but let's face it: he's the reigning Norris winner in his early 20s. Saying you can just replace that and he isn't worth big money is disingenuous on both accounts.
