Personally I love low and slow but I think i'd want a bit of time on high to crisp out that outside pork belly. It'll probably be a week or so before I try it out so i'll have some time to plan it properly.

Weekend after i'm thinking the porchetta but in the backyard on the rotisserie. Out here we haven't had as long of spells without visitors but it's wide open now so time to take advantage.
