dude, these guys aren't writers.....they're fans who write opinion pieces and get a couple bucks from Eklund.
there are no editors or anyone like that going over these articles - haywoodjablome
I'm just saying I want to see him TRY. Did you actually read the blog? Or did you just jump to the comments like most people? The Sens deserve someone who will take the 5 minutes to reread and edit his blog before hitting that post button. You're supposed to be an editor to yourself. |

Nope. I used the right *you're**. As in, "You are not off to a good start." Also; I can make all the mistakes I want. I'm not a writer. I'm not getting paid to post on this thread. When I start getting paid to write a blog, I will put even more effort into making sure I write things properly. - PavohnDatsvares

Okay, everyone place their bets... who do we see the Senators taking at #10?
- C/W Kent Johnson (CAN)
- C/W Chaz Lucius (USA)
- G Jesper Wallstedt (SWE)
- C/W Cole Sillinger (CAN)
- W Fabian Lysell (SWE)
- W Mathew Coronato (USA)
- D Carson Lambos (CAN)
More than half of the 1st round picks they've made since 2016 have been for 2nd-Gen NHL players, so I'm going to say they wind up with Cole Sillinger. It just feels like a year where they're going to revert to a safe pick, and Sillinger is probably the most balanced scoring forward available, and stood out in both the WHL (53pts/48GP as a 16yo), and the USHL (46pts/31GP as a 17yo, voted Rookie of the Year). He's also one of the youngest players in the draft (with a May birthday), has NHL pedigree, and has the physical size (6'0, 200lbs), skating, and two-way awareness to potentially be left as a C in the NHL. |

Is that who you want them to take? Or who you think they will take?

Oh. Now I see what you did there. Yeah, that's pretty clever. I still wish Eklund had hired YOU to blog for the Sens. |
