Hopefully Calgary or Toronto. Maybe the Habs. - neem55
Can’t imagine Toronto is going to sign a $7m winger unless they’re trading Marner for Jones or something. |

Hopefully Calgary! We've never had a 1oa, Lotto Balls Hall pretty much guarantees that. |

it was great, I wish Benning would do the same here, he's too nice of a guy though lol - Nucker101

I hope he’s poop, and retires after one season in Edmonton, sticking the Hawks with a hefty recapture. - 1970vintage

Erik Johnson did also yesterday . Teams are firing a Hail Mary. Maybe Loui will waive his NTC. |

Isn’t it limited to 10 teams or something? I don’t think that impacts the expansion draft. |

Isn't there a guy in Vancouver who has helped out a team with cap problems, for 2 straight off-seasons?

No reason to do that.
Buffalo is Buffalo but they are not in serious cap troubles
34 mil in space
10 players signed and Eichel issue to be resolved. |

Loui is 10 teams and though you think it is not much he did refuse to waive to Edmonton two years ago.

He might as well, as there is always a chance of a trade... Its either that or he smells Abby poop smell for a season. |

Yup.
Call Benning if you have a problem child with a decent cap hit to move. |

Heard again this morning Landeskog probably won't be going back to the AVs because of contract. Sounds like pretty piss poor Cap Management by the AVs that they can't afford their captain and the best Swede in decades.
Talk is Tarensenko for Landy.

That's a gross deal for the Av's, but if Landy is just walking... |

Vancouver's organization is simply lacking in quality depth, and its best players are either going to be protected or are exempt.
Sad but true. |

I think Sakic is just playing hardball with him, they have 25 million in available cap space with most of their big guys signed, which is a ton. Maybe they want change and to give the "C" to MacKinnon? |

Show me the money.
Avs have 11 players signed and 25 mil. Players that need contracts are Makar Jost Landy and two goalies . Sounds like they did not plan this too well.

I agree on the hardball aspect. They haven't won anything yet so to lose their captain and solid top six player for nothing is not happening. |

Five years ago Vegas really had nothing to pick from Vancouver, five years later Seattle still has nothing to pick from Vancouver |

He's so stealthy good he makes it look like he's compiled next to nothing for organizational depth in five years |
