What a great Euro Cup game yesterday, happy with the outcome.
Not the social media response, the game itself, including penalty shots was a good game. |

I said to my buddy it wasn't a good idea to sub on Rashford and Sancho... have them take penalty kicks cold. |

It wasn’t just the social media response, there was actual physical response. England owes the world an apology for the behavior of its elite fans (I assume these are the real English football fans) |

Well they must be justified then…
Also, they aren’t even part of the European Union anymore, they shouldn’t be allowed to participate in this tournament. |

the European Union is a political body. England didn’t separate from the European continent.
And for a Canuck fan to lecture another fan base on how to lose graciously is just a whole lot of awesomeness.
Keep up the solid work. |

They might as well have left Europe for all the complaining they do about all the extra costs they have to incur, and the restrictions they are now exposed to.
Plus, I can lecture anyone I like on the internet. Being a Canuck fan doesn’t have any bearing on it. |

I cheered from my own house loudly watching that POS Donnarumma make saves in the penalty kicks. |

it was odd, but Southgate must have had reservations about players being exhausted after 120. But to be subbed in at the start of penalties |

I thought English fans were remarkably calm compared to the hooliganism of the 80s and 90s. Being an international football fan in those days was dangerous business.
And true, you can lecture anyone you want but it sounds hollow and a bit pious. |

PK doesn't take a lot of effort.
Sub a few minutes earlier and hope they get some touches. |

Not sure if you seen where the one English player, while the 2 were in the sub-in box, was asking the one official who looks after the subs when there was a stoppage in play, it then took about 4 minutes before they could get subbed in.
The official actually wasn't even paying attention and had his back to the pitch. |

I don’t think you know the meaning of poutine you cheeseburgler.
So, what you’re saying is that if I were a fan of a city, state, country with an unblemished sporting reputation, with all around good behavior my opinion would be unbiased and regarded, but because I’m a Canuck fan I should just shut up?
Or are you suggesting that nobody should call for accountability, we should all just shut up?
Either way, I’m going to continue to virtue signal the poop out of this. |
