That's not a young D, that's all I'm saying.

I feel KK should have been there as well, but oh well.

Again, Tampa was too strong for the league this year.

I am sure NYI would have something to say about that taking the series to seven games

Despite being absolutely void of talent, the hard work paid off with a fantastic run. Its unfortunate and painful to see the final playoff run by this group ultimately getting so close to the cup yet falling short.

Yeah, that Suzuki kid... No talent at all.

I'm saying this now... Anyone hanging this on Price? It's nuts.
- Darksyde

The last 2 games he was solid but too little too late

Tampa beat them 8-0 in one game. Last game NYI had like 3 scoring chances.

NYI works hard but that's it.

That series could have gone either way and if it did we may have won the cup but oh well

I agree with sticki6 with leaving it KK, but who to remove? That's the great thing about our team this year. It's really hard to swap out anybody, because it was great team effort all around. Will sitting KK be an issue moving forward? I hope not, but it was a tough decision that the coach made, that we'd normally go insane over the, "wrong call".

Well, it was worth it to watch the playoffs as each game was a treat. Excited about the future with Suz and CauCau. I was born in 1990 and this is the most excited I got about the habs since Kovy. Frank Tampa and let's beat them next year when they will be prevented from cheating!

Also our forwards did not capitalize on the chances tonight on 2-1 we fail to score, also there are some plays in which we weren’t pressured but we did not get a good shot on net. Where was Toffoli, Gallagher and Caufield when we need them scoring goals?
- habs88888

Can't poop on Caufield, he's a rookie playing better than most men. I agree the 2 on 1s looked bad, but I'm more so broadly speaking at 5 on 5, because when Tampa lined up 5 men at the line or clogged the neutral zone, Habs had no answer and struggled to skate the puck in and out of zones.

Stool sucked for most of the playoffs, and the few times he looked good, I argue Perry was carrying him. Easy decision about who should have sat.

I predict 30 goals and at least 50 pts for the kid next year with a Calder trophy to top it off.

Agreed but coaches will go with experience over youth almost everytime in the playoffs.

Staal, Perry, Byron, Evans, Lehkonen.... Can we definitely say they're all better than KK? We really can't. But that's on the coach. There's a lot of questions, and excuses to be made. I'm not saying fire DD, BE but he's av young coach, too

Listen we don't score, we lose all of the games at try. They played well, we beat the Leafs, swept the Jets, and worked hard to win over LV.

Habs have a lot to be proud of, despite the loss. Hopefully it helps moving forward.
