Let me rephrase that for you :

Just because you didn't get AIDS when you shared needles with that hippy doesn't mean it was a good decision

Also last thread for Fred:

I'm not sure how many teams have played to a game 7 and won while scoring 14 total goals but my guess is it's either just the Habs or a (frank)ing small club

the point is, if you don't buy that ticket then you win nothing at all, which is why I feel the comparison with player management isn't all that solid lol

I do like most of the changes. I just hope KK will come back strong when he hits the ice again, this year or next year.

ce serait comme de dire si le CH gagne la coupe qu'ils auraient pas dû participer pis de remettre le trophée.

Une fois que tu as gagné ton million, of course que tu as bien fait de l'acheter! Pis j'achète jamais de billet.

Ok I'll try differently to make the same point. If you play Russian roulette and win that doesn't make playing a smart choice. If you go to the casino and bet the mortgage on black and win, that doesn't make your decision a smart choice.

Think of it as being similar to the ends not always justifying the means. I'm questioning the means while being happy with the ends thus far

Assuming this translated accurately no. Absolutely not. Enjoy the cup. Enjoy the millions. Doesn't make the decision making process wise

I wondered if you'd find a way to slip that in. Although from reputation I shouldn't be surprised you found a way to slip it in

Win or lose...Drouin is the most interesting story this offseason imo.

yeah those are better examples, as I was saying I do understand your point and I agree, although if they got to the SCF it's kind of hard to think that they got there despite the process and the decisions that were taken in general.

That could be 5m + off the book. And Tatar is not coming back.

Seattle will be the biggest story in my opinion.

From the Habs, I'd agree. I don't see any big moves until that's resolved one way or another
