I don't understand their evaluation of Romanov at this point, or Gustafson's or Merrill's either for that matter |

Because Gus isn't a good option at all...especially if off the pp |

I'm not against Evans in, but we all know Stall career is pretty much over.
You may screw up with KK and Romanov future right there. Just don't. They are about to lose anyway. Lose with your kids. |

I don't think they'll necessarily "screw up their future", but it definitely seems like poor player management. |

RDS
They might make a change there |

I understand the Romanov thing, even if I disagree with it (Sandin also was hit/miss as a rookie). Kotkaniemi though...team can't score so take out one of your top scorers...sure. |

I'd play KK and Romanov as well.
But hey, we made it to the finals with Ducharme's decisions.
I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

bah, sure it sucks but I don't see it as completely ruining the progress he's made so far. it's just not a very logical decision, especially on a team struggling to score goals.

That's one way to see it.
I like the fact that Gallagher now plays with Toffoli.
And Romanov might still play according to RDS. It's just not clear as of now. |

I don't really see it that way, look at Noah Dobson, he played 1 playoff game two years ago his rookie season. This year he played 19. They didn't screw him up because they sat him |

I've said a few times results shouldn't force you to ignore process. Scoring 14 goals in 7 games and beating TO didn't change who the team was two weeks earlier. Questionable decisions should be questioned and DD chose to start against TO with Kotkaniemi and Caufield on the bench so I don't see an issue questioning it now |

I don't know, if you need a big goal, I think he can get you one.
I just don't like the move at 3-0. |

Was it really all Ducharme? Or some of it came from the GM |

Forward and d are apples and oranges but my point is they argued they kept him at 18 because he was NHL ready. Year two they were forced to send him to the A. Year 3 he's a multiple time healthy scratch in the playoffs. So the development model should be questioned in my view |

Either way that's an indictment of DD wouldn't you say? Either he has made questionable choices or he's been neutered. Either way that doesn't make me confident in him |
