Well I remain loyal to the Canucks even if they do things I dislike and disapprove. Through the years of disappointment maybe I'm waiting for Godot. But them wining the Cup is the last thing left on my bucket list. Having done it all, that fan reward will be priceless.

I’m enjoying the playoffs more than I thought I would. At least, I’m watching more than I thought. I have Isles to win the cup, though my bracket had the Leafs on the other side. They were lucky to escape with the W last night. Tampa was all over them in the first and third. Trotz will want to clean up the mistakes for game 5.

I’m surprised the Habs are doing as well as they are, but even though Price didn’t have a great season he’s still one of the best.

Listened to NB on the podcast earlier this week. He definitely sounded disappointed that he was the scapegoat, but as you say, he gets it. I’m sure he will resurface somewhere before next season gets underway.

Not a fan of trading any of their draft picks for players right now. Not opposed to swapping picks (up or down) if there is something they like. I wonder if they could use Bowey as a trade chip for a team that needs an eligible D? It would mean exposing Myers, but it’s a gamble I would be willing to take. That’s a hefty contract for Seattle to take on for a marginal performer.

You dislike the fanbase because they like Hughes and Elias? Is the segment of the fanbase that tends to be positive and cheer for the players the worst part of the fanbase? Or is the segment of the fanbase that constantly complains and hates everything to do w the team the worst? Clearly you fall into the latter segment and I believe it’s the worst type of “fans”
