I was not as well. Just trying to enjoy this great ride and hoping for two more wins. I stand by my view Palms should be on the 1st line and Wally should be playing whether anyone agrees or not. - ses111
Correct you were not as well. I'm not 'outting' anyone regardless.
I think Palms, Ebs and Barzy struggled to find chenistry early but eventually paid dividends with the goal. Palms brings what Barzy and Ebs so desperately miss with Lee; a gritty, strong player with a nose for the net and good skill in traffic. Zajac has been good in a lot of ways since Wally went out, but I'd still prefer to have Wallys skill, grit and speed in there. I doubt they change anything for now, which is fine. |

Yessir!! Great win and letās enjoy the ride. Obviously trotz realizes we need scoring, which is why he put Palms w 13 and 7. I think he keeps same lineup and does that again tomorrow night. I donāt care who is playing as long as we win!!! Which is what I think everyone on here thinks as well. LGI!!! |

Come on Keaner do not post Palms, Ebs and Barzy struggled early. Barry could be reading these boards. Now I'll have to talk to Barry like I talked to Ledecky about Garth and Doug. |

Years ago I made the mistake of mentioning one of the places I played and then got an email from someone on the board with my team profile saying: "This you?"
Safe to say that was it for me disclosing too much. I've been on this board for nearly 15 years and enjoy talking to many of you, but I'm not looking for those worlds to collide
Besides, it's the internet. We all have phd's, played with NHLers qnd are rich.... pissing pushing matches are pointless. |

What a swing on that play. If that puck goes in, it instantly becomes a Tampa playoff highlight reel for the ages. Instead it becomes one for the Isles. Ironically, if Pulock just pins the puck on the boards instead of trying to hammer a bankshot out, Tampa never gets that opportunity |

Yeah, but did you play on Lafontaine's pond with Gillies, Nystrom, Shanahan, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin and the Easter Bunny? I think not. |

Not a pond, itās was a tennis court with chill lines under it. Ice at 55 degree ambient temperature. Awesome playing hockey outside. Laffer is an incredible human being and extremely generous.
Property was sold since and everyone that got to play there misses it. Great times and memories made there.
Not sure but I think Chiefs got to skate there once? |

Jim and I play hockey in Janisās backyard. Jim is still a great hockey player to this very day. |

Lightning poop the bed in the 2nd and give the Isles credit for finding their offense and putting the clamps down afterwards. The edibles started really kicking in for the third period. So, despite the losing result, I was somehow OK with it. The refs didn't decide it. It was a close-fought battle. Good hockey, even though the result was a bit of a downer.

Definitely a great game. The Isles have a habit of playing on their heels when they get a good lead, which showed last night. Barry wisely called that timeout to get things back on an even keel. With the exception of the last fiasco at the end, the Killer B's line and Zeeker line put on a clinic down the stretch, keeping the puck in Tampa's zone.
These next 2-3 games are going to be crazy. The 2nd period was much like the isles we saw during the final two games in the Boston series. If they keep playing like that, they've got a damn good shot |
