Anderson for Domi was a pretty good trade IMO
- Garnie

Very good trade indeed.

Like bringing in Eric Staal?

What about Sakic in Colorado for the season they had? Or Don Waddell for the season the Hurricans had?

- PatC80

Guerin deserves come consideration as well I'd think. Maybe voters are more reluctant to give it to new GMs, Lou and Bergevin are safer picks because they've been there for longer.

Waddell needed to get a goalie, not sure what he’s waiting for.

I think it's gonna be Holl.

I could see the Leafs going the 7-3-1 option and protecting;

Campbell, Rielly(if not traded by then), Muzzin, Brodie, Matthews, Tavares, Marner, Nylander, Kerfoot, Spezza and Engvall.

- PatC80

They won't have to protect Spezza if he gets taken he'll retire, therefore the Kracken won't take him.

I do hate how, do to when they do the voting it is only about the final 4 teams remaining.
Dubas would have been a finalist hands-down if Leafs were there

- RogerRoeper

Dubas may have been a finalist if
the leafs made it to the 3rd
Dubas trades and off season signings actually provided results.

Hows the 3 months old face?
Im assuming if the car hit the cheek area, he/she should be fine as they will be really pudgy/chubby at that age.

Bergevin is very lucky the flames fell apart and choked at the end of the season....or else is "brilliant" plan would have been a disaster.

GM-ing includes moves you make around the deadline to improve your playoff chances. Not much was done, but it turns out not messing with the team structure was the right move

Jake Gardiner to undergo MRI on his back to determine steps moving forward.

He's headed to Robidas Island.

Might as well double dip on that appointment and figure out what's wrong with his brain while they're at it
