That's pretty incredible given how short a time ago he was under the knife for ACL repair. If he can make it back in this series or the next it would be one of the fastest returns from that surgery in history.

I think I figured out part of the mystery. I hate that I'm revisiting this bc I said I was done but I think Leo came off the bench. I believe Beau was the Islander behind the far net when the play began, he went off for a change and Leo came on the ice for him. Which might explain why he was so slow coming back. Had he done a Lightning 7 man on ice change we would have been good! OK, now I'm officially done with it.

Was it 100% confirmed it was ACL? If so there’s no way he comes back. It takes like 9 months for the cells to fully heal. Otherwise he’s gonna snap the ligament again.
