But those are pretty tasty too. Sucks all the real good Mom and Pop bakeries have closed around here. My Wife's Grandmother used to make Giugiulena's for are Feast of the Seven Fishes, but she passed away a couple years back.

(stuffed artichokes, pasta con sarde, and a smoked whitefish marinade are the others) A lot fell by the wayside over the years. I was too young and stupid to understand what gets lost from generation to generation. Save your family recipes people!

Yep, Thank God my Wife is a good cook, I can make a decent gravy, but Her's is fantastic. Especially on her stuffed shells and Lasagna. Actually probably just need a loaf of fresh Italian bread and I would be in heaven.
