i don't think its the wrong approach however when you're trying to deal 3 of your biggest names at the same time, maybe its a bit ridiculous to be trying to interview jack capuano for your head coach as well? especially if they already know who they are hiring.

For the record, I too am skeptical. I still find it interesting that they think that, though.

People also need to keep in mind that hiring consultants is a very common practice. These people will not show up on the team page.

Valuing a draft because they worked hard is not an indication of an edge or up the odds they succeed. The leaked info from this organization shows ignorance from management or arrogance from ownership IMO.
