With a cap dump I'd say the other prospect better be something like a Drysdale.

It would be interesting if Lundestrom or Grouix was the other prospect.

The playoffs is just different than the regular season. A grittier team with uglier analytics, and I know you're going to love that I brought that into this, has a greater chance to win in the playoffs, in a small 7 game series. It's just different hockey, and I don't think hockey analytics has caught up to that yet.

it's called a hose. Connect it to what we in the industry call a sprinkler. You'll need a bit of manual labor to connect the hose to the sprinkler and to turn the water on at the hose bib.

That 70% xGF% team is built and coached way differently than that other 70% xGF% team, and a different brand of hockey is played, and all the sudden a regular season weakness may turn into a playoff strength. At this stage I don't see that as quantifiable.

I like analytics but I don't appreciate the tunnel vision nerds being bent out of shape because "the better xGF% team lost"

Feels like an overpay for the Kings. They might agree to that if he agrees to a new deal.

yeah, i've called 10 companies this morning and none of them do temporary or the ones that do are booked out so i guess i'll have to do it myself like some boomer

I'm in the construction industry. Tore down an old school and hydroseeded the lot. It was either buy the tripod sprinklers or water a football field 4x a day by hand. No thank you
