That's like calling Jacksonville the largest city in Florida. While technically true, doesn't tell even remotely the full story. Does anyone really think that Columbus is bigger than Boston? San Francisco? Seattle? Denver? DC?

Columbus is really the 34th largest metro.

- Wetbandit1

I did mean city population, however, there are a lot of people in the smaller towns and suburbs absolutely rocking Columbus gear and they've managed to draw people down from Cleveland and up from Cincinnati, so you really do have to include those Metro population into the fanbase now, much like Seattle and Denver and Jacksonville and San Francisco benefit from dense suburbs being included in their regional markets.

Ohio has the 7th largest GDP in the country. I mean, it's global economy is ranked like 21st dude, these people have disposable income and like I said, they really did a good job marketing this team down here.

You want the full story, all signs point to Ohio having a huge economy, a lot of white people, a lot of disposable income and this place is about a 'Murrica as it gets. This state is pure Americana. And they don't like to leave it

dude is obsessed with moms and parents. definitely projecting here. weird relationships with parents for sure. mom issues. maybe they’ve passed on. maybe his own children don’t reach out as much as he’d like. dealing with his own mortality and missed opportunity to forge meaningful relationships. lots of emotion in these posts. very telling. life is fleeting. live màs

Isn’t a little late for you to be up on a school night?
- c1067

i feel the longing in this post.
many a school night missed cuz C1067’s dad was working late and mom was “helping jimmy down the street”….and as these things are a vicious cycle, soon enough C1067 was
missing his own child’s nightly tuck-in, working 2 jobs, nights and weekend, no rest for the restless and no time to savor the joy and fleeting nature of youth.
now, embittered, aged beyond recognition and seduced by the promise of snake-oil salesman and television evangelists, C1067 seeks refuge in hockey forum where no one likes him…he doesn’t care though, he just wishes he could turn back the clock,do it all over again, and not repeat the mistakes his parents made years ago.
again, lots of pain in C1067’s posts tonight.
so, the next time you see your local jizz vampire patrolling the streets, looking for “juice”….try to put yourself in their shoes.
you might now like how they fit.

You liked The Wire? I watched the first season and thought it was way overrated about 15 mins into first episode of 2nd season.

All I said was it's disingenuous to say it's the 15th largest city when it's really the 34th. Also, (frank) Ohio State.

Well if you defund the police you're not picking and choosing which one's are good or bad. So you're kinda grouping them all together

What a great game last night, Cole pitched a good game, and Sanchez what a bomb. The crowd was amazing and loud. My Son was amazed how crazy it got sometimes.

If the opposition was made up entirely of Ducks fans, then I'd be inclined to agree. Most of the respondents thus far are from neutral fanbases, and they all agree that Anaheim would be crazy to do this.
- tkecanuck341

The comments there and overall show me that many dramatically overrate prospects.

Sabres fans love Cozens, but if he was the key piece in a trade to get a player like Eichel, he gone.

Pretty much!!! The only thing with that trade is it weakens Anaheim's RD, they have some decent LD.
