It might be fantasy, I guess we'll see what happens in another few weeks. However this is what it will take to turn things around IMO. The Flyers are up against it in terms of cap space. They have to pay Hart and Couts soon. Giroux getting less will help, but if the Flyers don't clear significant space, they will be stuck in mediocrity for 2-3 more years ... and just thinking about that makes be sick.

I guess it depends on what your definition of mediocrity is. Most teams are up against the cap, that's the point. Why would teams that are developing and aren't up against the cap want to trade for Voracek? That paints the picture of the market.
