Yeah and keep Marner cause he is the leader of the 24th ranked penalty kill and only cost 11 million.

Kerfoot for Kadri.

Start stockpiling excuses for next year's Round 1 exit.

Fire Keefe and co., and throw all the money and free passes for Planet Fitness to Brind’amour and his staff.

Also send Marner to the moon, and use his cap space on actual good players.

- Steven_Seagull

Agree with fire Keefe and co. but no to Brind'Amour. Bring in a goon coach Gerard Gallant. Hate his guts, but works in the playoffs.

Not any I've been super impressed by. I'm watching my figure so I've been on a white wine kick recently. I had a watermelon sea salt sour they have at the LCBO and it was interesting but not sure I'd buy a case of em.

The broad head blueberry blonde is still one of my faves.

The mango one from mill street is disappointing if you're looking for a replacement for the key lime one.

- TheMuzzel

Ya I had a couple of the mango, ok but nothing I’d drink much of.

I’ll let you know if I find any new good ones.

I'm starting to think I'm part of the Leaf curse. Every (frank)ing team I've cheered for this playoffs have lost. Habs make me wanna puke, despise the Isles, hate Vegas and not a big fan of Tampa. So if this poop stays the course and it ends up a Habs and Isles final..... Pure . Why even bother drafting any talent at all when you would have better odds just dressing a local men's league team...

You're gonna need a bigger boat.

The more I stew about the loss - the more I blame the coaches.

They just ran out the same strategy every game expecting to eventually win.

Oh, and the PP was terrible for 3 months and nothing seemed to change there either.

Vegas seems to be doing pretty (frank)ing great with their shiny new toy. If you're not trying to land that shiny toy you're not doing it right.

I want to see the draft and then perform an instant refresh on capfriendly to see where the Leafs sit.

Yes, this is where I am with my life.

Disagree - most UFA signings don't go as planned. Leafs need a good young d-man on a good contract that can be obtained. Flames are in blow it up mode. Leafs should be calling about Hanafin and getting it done. With Leafs cap structure at the moment, going after a UFA d-man not likely.

Uhm, take a look at their cap. They could afford the toy and food for the kids. Do you want Mik to go to bed at night without soup?

Anyway, we just disagree on what the top priority is in term of new acquisitions. I don’t think it’s defence unless they come to the conclusion that Rielly is leaving.

Not sure the RFA signings are working out for us either.

I think we would have seen some playoff success if we had of acquired Hamilton from Calgary a few years ago.

Maybe we could get MAF or Lehner from Vegas along with Tuch.

I guess we disagree as well. Rielly was actually one of the better players in the Montreal series. Still it's hard to teach a 27 year old how to cross-check in the playoffs. You could call the JT injury three minutes into game one a freak accident, but there was a common game plan that was quite evident. You're a goalie dad, Habs best player was Price, Leafs best player was Nylander, it should have been Matthews but it wasn't. If Price would have received 10% of the abuse that Matthews took in that series, it might have turned out different. Unfortunately, the way it turned out Marner had a 7 game no-hitter and was a punching bag that took more penalties for puck flipping than Chiarot and Weber did for their 200 or so cross-checks (a couple right to the face). Forcing the team to play with courage and hit hard is entirely on the coaching staff. I'm sick of Bambi here. IMO a well placed cross-check to Price may have changed the series. If Matthews can be gooned, why does Price get a free pass?

That’s all good except Rielly and Brodie did a good job defending especially considering how many minutes Rielly played. Defence wasn’t a problem all season long and it wasn’t a problem against Montreal. Rielly not hitting people didn’t cause Matthews to shoot over the net or hit posts.

Nylander wasnt the Leafs best player.
Most players were bad, Nylander was meh (some of you make it sound as if Nylander was dominating 7 games vs Price...).
for the rest you're right.
