My wife works at a horse rescue, and has to make frequent trips to Cornell University to take horses to the veterinary hospital there.

She always stops at a place called Collegetown Bagel and brings me home "The Zoey".

Are you familiar with the place?

Think this is pretty true, atleast with Jack. What happens with him has a lot to do with the draft

Yet,
They are drafting BPA ...so accordingly it shouldn't matter, but it does and will.

If you fill a certain position or 2 with his trade, why would you not try and fill another. Lots of needs. And depending on what pieces come back could be used for other trades or such.

Went there when my Daughter visited Cornell. The Zoey is the one with Chicken Salad right, I am not a big fan of Cranberry's.

Oh I agree 36, no doubt about it.
This BS of draft BPA is all talk, even an espoused follower of it in Brandon Beane now admidts to BPA where "VALUE MEETS NEED"...another way to say BPA @ Positional Need is a very, very high consideration.

Yeah, pretty much. I mean depending on the pieces or Jack staying could see us taking the BPA in Power. But they have a real good chance to take care of multiple needs this year.

I'm going to grab my graphite paper pad to transfer your thoughts from that old log you keep etching your thoughts into, to paper with this piece of charcoal I found.

Most over-rated place I have ever been to in all honesty. It looks like literally the entire rest of the state of New York, the local food sucks, they are still riding that Carl Sagan, hippie-dippie train and it's anything but a cool hippie town anymore. Cops god damn everywhere, no one smoking weed anywhere (I literally get high off the fumes walking around Buffalo), too many people in the very few actual places you can swim or hike.

Ann Arbor > Ithaca and I even thought Ann Arbor was a bit of a let down. Truth is, there's very few actually "cool" towns left THESE days.

I hated living in Pittsburgh but it's actually a cool town. Such an exhausting place to live, but a cool place to party and hang out for a few days. Philly is too dangerous and dirty to be that cool. I hate New York City. Most places are ho-hum.

Hoping to get to Chicago or Detroit for King Gizzard in the fall. Detroit is closer but it's Detroit, but it's also going to be in an old Masonic Temple, the largest in the world, but it's also in Downtown Detroit.

Chicago is much further and more expensive, both the tickets and the trip obviously. But it's also Chicago and dangerous as (frank), too. But it's also Chicago and I have never been there and it's honestly probably one of the few places I've ever actually wanted to go see.

Probably see King Gizzard in Detroit when all is said and done because it's way closer. But I have to see these dudes live.

I was there back in '04 for a conference at the GM building. It was actually pretty nice, but in searching for a (frank)ing parking spot I accidentally turned for the tunnel to Canada; there was no sign, only a literal spray painted on a concrete divider "tunnel to Canada ->" AFTER you made the turn. Thankfully there was more than enough room to make a U-turn before you got into line. I didn't want to have to explain why I was driving someone else's car and that I actually didn't want to go to Canada right then. Security was still super tight after 9/11, they x-rayed every single car going in and out.

What’s this David Quinn being guaranteed next Sabres coach the same day Eichel is guaranteed to be traded to LA by all the “insiders” in here? I can’t think of a scenario I hate more than team brings in Quinn to appease Eichel. Quinn being next coach is my 2nd most hated scenario. PERIOD!!! Hopefully signals are crossed and this can only mean Quinn is announced as next Kings coach soon. It will be party time at the 3ER house if that happens. 😂😂😂

I checked out those bands you rec'd. I liked Gazpacho and Big Big Train but didn't really care for Wobbler. I liked Gazpacho a lot, gonna check out some more. Listening to the English Electric album by Big Big Train right now.

Yikes you could have ended up in London, and that might be the only place in Ontario worse than Hamilton due to Pegulaville's presence no doubt.

He would have ended up in Windsor… Not the nicest of places but my Pops was born and raised there. Surrounding cities are nice though, my uncle has a place in Tecumseh that’s quite nice.

I lived in Hamilton for 4 years though. First year on campus, other 3 within a 10 minute walk of McMaster’s campus. Avoided most of the sketchy parts mostly. Hess Village was quite fun and an underrated club scene.

I don’t live in London yet, however the girlfriends family is from there and I do spend half the time there and half the time in the GTA. London Knights games are a good time and although it is not the nicest of cities, it isn’t stopping people from flocking there from Toronto. Real Estate has doubled for the most part so there are several that disagree with your sentiment.
