I mean he's only 27, but he has had a lot of carries the last 2yrs
- Buff36

True, but 30 is pretty old in RB terms unless your name is Frank the tank Gore. He's approaching that.

Henry is absolute beast though. He's incredible

Maybe they want to lesson the load on Henry and Jones could help with that. The guy can still fly.

He's the perfect guy for the perfect time too. Henry is a power back in a time where most defenses prioritize speed over size. No one can tackle him. He's undoubtedly great

Is tannehill good enough to take that offense more to the air?

I will go out on a limb and say he’s a massive upgrade to Corey Davis
- SDSabre

Prime Julio for sure is. Not sure 32 year old Julio is.

(He’s obviously an upgrade but I’m not sure how much)

Davis put up 200 more yards in 5 more games this last year, while Julio was playing through the injury (always seems to have something though). Every year prior to last Julio put up 1300 at least for six straight. Davis hasn’t had one 1000 yard year. Julio is a big upgrade unless your a real Davis believer, which I am not

Jets got lucky there was a penalty called just before that goal.

It’s more of a believer in Father Time.

Julio has a boatload of wear and tear at this point

If I had to guess his stat line will be similar to what Davis did this year

Is the coach doing the drafting?
Idk that it matters all that much....

- jdfitz77

So you don’t think a coach will want to know is jack or Sam will be part of this team? You don’t think a coach will want to sit in on interviews with players He will be coaching.

Come on man!

TO was 32 his last year in Philly. Had a couple more productive years in Dal. Julio will also be out to prove people wrong with being on a new team. I would wager elite play for a couple more years, before just a couple more average (Davis like) years. Especially with teams having to pick your poison between brown, Henry, Julio, and whatever TE they’re putting out there as Tenn always has good TEs and Tannehill does TEs well

Sure, and Randy Moss was basically cooked at 33 years old.

You could be totally right and he could be elite still I just wouldn’t bet on it.

He’s been questionable to play and has barely practiced for the better part of the last few years. His foot will never not cause him issues

https://sportsinjurypredi...m/player/julio-jones/4692

He’s projected to miss 3 games this year.

IMO he’s better suited as a great #2 option

Generally the GMs & scouting department make the draft picks, not the coaches
Some have input, but i think that’s the exception & not the rule

Maybe that’s been a problem for a DECADE!

You don’t think McD and the Bean don’t have in-depth discussions surrounding draft prospects. Again, come on man.

The Coach would probably want an idea of the ingredients he’s working with.

if you stop henry, and they get behind then they are not very good

if henry is rolling he is a good qb to keep it going

if that makes sense
