I can't really rejoice about either Tavares or Evans getting hurt.

But yes, the silver lining is that the Habs can take advantage of these terrible situations and WIN.

fans will keep female doging about him and that's despite how desperate they were to get a C that year.

i really hate this take.

the guy was terrible during the second half of the season. he wasn't alone. but he was terrible, and people criticized. it's the same thing with Price. just because they have all picked up their game in the playoffs, it doesn't mean that criticism during the regular season was unwarranted.

let's remember that that this team crawled into a playoff spot with the worst record of all 16 qualifiers, and that if this was a regularly aligned season or if the season was 5-10 games longer, they would have missed the playoffs. i love that they're performing in the playoffs but you still need guys to perform during the regular season.
