I will echo the call for retired refs with good tenure for DOPS. Nobody really knows the game better. To make it a panel to recuse any bias makes sense.

I have to ask, with what you were getting on with on page 2, are you trolling? I have no problem admitting Perry did scummy things in Anaheim, though nothing comes to mind lately. Saying Chiarot targeted JT's knees on the play where he got injured right after is the stupidest thing I've seen in a while. Literally put your (frank)ing glasses on and watch it again. Clearly body to body. What happed after sucked, I like JT even if he isnt on my team. Saying the Habs were getting away with punching and cross checking penalties all over the place all series is laughable.

Dirty but clean hit... its no wonder this league isn't taken seriously... no casual sports fan has a clue what can and can't be done on the ice.... body slam opponent, 5000 dollar fine... clearly let up on stride and hit opposing player gets you 4 games.... player safety means nothing, it really seems like a dice roll on number of games and what warrants suspension.. embarrassing league

The one thing I'll agree with you on is the lack of consistency in the DOPS. It's egregious no matter the fanbase. IT NEEDS TO CHANGE.
