I think Coronato is too special to pass up if still there at 15 regardless of him being a winger - jimbro83
Plus we need a center now, I don't see how drafting one helps us now vs 2-3 years. Last time i remember us drafting based on need was Dylan Mcilrath. No thanks. Draft best player available or trade down/trade the pick. |

Another Harvard man - Greschnergy#4
and another long island boy
we could just wait for him to demand a trade to the Rangers in a couple of years, or we could get it over with at the draft

Not going to lie, talking about these prospects that won't help the Rangers for another 3-4 years when the Rangers want to win now isn't doing much for me
I am back on the Sather boat, time to go all in |

this may be the first draft in years where no first round picks go immediately to the NHL
all these top guys are going to Michigan at least one more year
amazingly, 4 of the projected top 5 guys will be at Michigan this coming year

Rangers in good spot for that to happen

I would target Ryan OReilly. Make an offer they cant refuse (sans Fox, Kakko, Shesty, Laf, Miller) |

You're gonna have to settle for Eichel then. |

Hes a fantastic 2-way player but hes 30yo (2y older than Hertl). Age always concerns me when hitting 30. |

Honestly I have already accepted its a strong possibility. They got to address the center position some way |

I have never seen him play but read a report that he is soft. Do we really need another soft center?
Cole Sillinger is my choice because his father was an NHLer that usually leads to good things!! Also had a very nice Ppg this past season. Whether he is still on the board at 15 - who knows? - Greschnergy#4

Tom Brady is 43
Roger Federer is 37
Players are better these days longer plus he only has two years left at a reasonable 7.5M |

The draft is going to be very interesting. With the flat cap and teams in salary cap hell all bets are off for this draft The Rangers have cap space and assets, so they could make move. There is also a lot of talk that next year draft is loaded.
I think they need to address the Center position and toughness. I would prioritize toughness, we have a lot of skill and young kids that will get abused throughout 82 games. In my opinion next year the goal is to make the playoffs and anything after that is gravy, so hopefully Drury won't do anything stupid. |

I wouldnt use tennis as a comparible to hockey.
Brady is an outlier. But even still, the guy barely ever gets touched.
Im not saying he cant/wont be good, just raises a little concern. I wouldnt hate it or be against it at all. |
