It certainly could, might be the wildest offseason in Sabres history. It's weird though cause Friedman said that Jack and Adams are basically about to go to war, and then Dreger came out yesterday and said after the talks between Adams and Jack's camp the last few days it seemed to have calmed down.
- Buff36

Dreger is often a state media mouthpiece while Elliotte is usually not.

Either way, the Sabres want to trade Eichel and extend Reinhart.

That's their current plan anyway, but we all know how much they change their plans.

Yeah, that's the thing you just don't know what there doing, or they don't know what there doing.

Interesting little nugget at the end of the Eichel paragraph. Hope not much, but could affect it.

Kaprizov

"Michael Russo of The Athletic reported over the weekend that, “It’s believed the Wild have already offered him an eight-year contract north of $8 million.”"

Have you heard any whispers 39 about Jack. Got a few things from my Buddy but don't want to put it out there just yet. I want confirmation this time.

Yeah was surprised to see that, wouldn't a nice Number 1C look good passing him the puck.

100% correct.

Not saying that Dreger doesn’t know anything, but he is definitely the last name I look for anything credible. He very rarely gets anything before the big boys do.

Vegas/Colorado ... OMG !! What a game last night. Now THAT'S playoff hockey.

Amazing stuff ! And what a game-saving stop by Fleury on Rantanen with 45 seconds left ! Reminded me of his last-second save as a Pen to win the Cup vs Detroit.

Jeez....what an absolute disaster this is turning out to be. Only in Buffalo does this sort of thing happen. We can't have nice things.

Don't really blame the team in this situation, just not enough known about disc replacement surgery.

He's projected to get a 5 year deal at $7.7M per, but if they go 7 or 8 years, it's projected at over $9M per.

I wasn’t able to catch the game last night but Vegas had them 4.4 to 1.6 on the expected goals.

First time since 2019 the Avs have gotten punched that hard in the jaw.

Interested to see how they respond in game 4 because Vegas has definitely woken up

Looked like Rantanen partially fanned on that shot.

Logan Thompson, their AHL goalie.

I find it funny that they extended Lehner less than a year ago and they may already be sick of his poop.
