I don't necessarily think it's a great idea to trade a reigning top ten goal scorer, especially for a goalie, but if they were to do it, I'd insist that it's Elvis and not Korpisalo and I'd insist on one of their firsts.

But I'd rather just go the FA route.

I would love this, assuming Ana/Eichel become a marriage. Zegras thrown in and you kickstart the rebuild. I just don't see Ana doing that.

So the Sabres don't want a surgery that's never been performed on an NHL player before.

I think this is a good offseason to need a goalie tbh. Grubauer or Drieger could be decent stop gap options. Have some legitimate starters in there if Ullmark walks.

Agreed Elvis is the better bet than Korpi if we were targetting CLB goalies. Something about Korpisalo's movements just erks me, not sure why. Just nothing fluid about him.

I would be dollars to donuts they wouldn't trade 3 and Zegras and that's it for Eichel. If you are wanting Zegras, 3, and another lotto first, you are going to be super disappointed on the return
