Toronto HAS to take Skinner if they want the 1OA. Skinner wants to play there. We can retain 1-2m. Do it. |

If there is any year to trade the pick, it’s this year |

I would do it if it was something like
Buffalo trades 1 OA & okposo
Toronto trades Marner.

Talk of Eichel to the Flames but I think that has to do with another deal or 2 happening. |

I am not sure how you don't take that swing - homiedclown
Nothing proven at the nhl level. Actually he has done less in North American hockey than Granato.
I like him, but I just don’t know. I liked watching Granato hockey. No idea if he will be better or worse.
How do you rank what some of what has been rumored so far?
Bbq
Meatball
Gronbeard
Ott is not a center
Some college guy

Are these teams willing to trade for him while he's injured? |

Interesting stuff 89. Are the other moves you talked about have anything to do with Rhino. And thanks for the info. |

I can see Eichel sitting out a year (or two) if he doesn't get what he wants (surgery on his terms, or a trade to a team he chooses). Yeah...I can definitely see him doing that. To me, he has all the leverage and yes, he seems like totally the type that's OK with sitting out an entire year.

Would have to be Marner, Reilly, 2022 1st as a starter - BeadyEyedDouche
Jesus, this isn't exactly a stacked year. There's no one even close to Marner's skill available. |

Kucherov has to be the dirtiest player in the NHL not named Tom Wilson or Brad Marchand. |

But what would CGY have to offer for Eichel? 2022 1st (12 overall) plus a ton more. What prospects?

If Toronto covets Power, and they are a historic rival, will again be a division rival once the realignment happens, and given their desperation after ANOTHER blown 3-1 series lead, they would have to go and mine minerals on the moon to get that pick.
F*ck the Leafs. If they want it, they pay for it. They can keep losing in the 1st round if they want, which is the only thing worse than finishing last every single year. |

Monahan would be coming back, I recon. He only has a year left anyway and we would need to bring a little salary back. Probably some middling prospects, Monahan and a 2022 1st is the best KA will be able to manage.
Everyone had the wool pulled over their eyes but I consistently said this kid would kill the franchise.
What a scumbag. |
