Also teach you to not hit players from behind but players still do, but that is a moo point apparently.

It was charging that resulted in injury, and an unnecessary hit, which more or less implies charging. It's suspendable.

He hits him clean. doesnt skate into him. Doesnt leave the feet. Doesnt have point of contact to the head.

Is just bigger and stronger and is prepared to smash.

There's only a inch or so difference in the players, so he's supposed to look up instead of scoring the goal. The hit was unnecessary, he was not trying to stop a goal.

As with other penalties there are varying levels of degree. If that's only a 2 minute penalty I'd hate to see a match penalty for charging.

Your also showing mid hit not intial point of contact which is shoulder to chest.

So do you trade back a few spots and get the forward and grab a asset.

You have 3 LHD prospects that are going to be very good

Do you draft power and make Dahlin move to right" hoping it works out" and Sacrificing a center

We all remembered what happened to casey when he was forced into the 2nd line now we might be doing that to cozens

The mere fact that he never tried to play the puck and TRY to prevent a goal is the reason. IMO all he had on his mind was i am going to blow this guy up.

However if they do select Power they could easily still have them on separate pairs.

It will take Power a couple of years even to be worthy of top pair minutes anyways so if at that point Dahlin moves to the right side than so be it.

Power should go back to college (if he is the pick) and if he does not go back to college he should be getting bottom pairing minutes until he proves himself worthy of top 4 minutes.

If they select powers they're also moving Johnson down the depth chart making free agency more likey

Buffalo has to do the homework lots of players will be affected by this Decision.

If they go forward no players affected when you're moving on from jack,sam with no depth at wing or center ( less work lol)
