Picking in the top 5 is a waste, goal should be to finish 16-19th every season. That way you won’t ever be in the group of teams having to pay for top players, and have a better chance to win the cup.

I further outlined that in general, it is the players chosen with the first few selections of the first round who generally get paid in the top 10. Additionally, that the best place for a team hoping to one day win the cup is in the coveted 16-19 slot.
