IM confused on a couple things.

First off in order for LA to get Eichel they need to gut their organization.

Eichel = Top 5 center in NHL

In order for the Sabres to trade for McDavid with an Eichel starting point they need to add a franchise D man, multiple number 1s and their two best prospects.

No other team can offer a package that starts with young franchise center at 24 years old under contract for 4 more years.


Something seems off.

Also anyone willing to sign off on Eichel, Dahlin and Cozens for McDavid should give their head a shake.

The team would be McDavid and a bunch of nobodies.

I don't know about Kryou, but Thomas was talked about and Botts picked Tage, but it was more about the bonus being picked up. There were better offers but those teams didn't want to pay the bonus.
