- has there been a season yet under Benning where we weren’t talking about buying someone out?
- both Beagle and Roussel were brought in to up the team speed. I can remember Benning specifically telling the media how fast these guys were.
- I’m not buying any of it. Buying guys out so you get an extra $1m of cap space, only to go out and spend it on a guy who’s supposed to be better? Nobody is going to sign for less than market value, and is fans are not going to like this new batch of contracts when they’re unveiled.
- Do you trust Benning to do what’s right for the long term (yes, he doesn’t know what that means) in the final year of his (and Greens) contract with Miller and Horvat as pending UFA’s?

And regarding his injury history, Benning went after ferland after he knew about his concussion history, I don't think he discriminates against players who have injury history. John's has concussion history as well, but he's tough as nails like McCabe.

good point, I’d take a flyer on McCabe if he’s short term(1-2 year deal)
The white out is so 90's it has less effect then the white towel 80's. If anything, it supports the in "white" away team. These Jets got to come up with something new or be cursed playoff losers.
