Something tells me that Johnny Hockey is going to end up in a Flyers uniform next season. Not saying it's a great move, but I have this nagging feeling that it's going to happen.

I agree that it would not be a good move, the Flyers need to get more skill and speed which Goudreau has, but he is small and not tough, and is easily rubbed out when the games matter the most. I would pass on this and focus on skill and speed WITH size!

I was reviewing some mock drafts of the upcoming expansion draft and noticed Braydon Point being selected from Tampa. I thought to myself how could this be, there is no way Tampa would leave Point unprotected. Well, it turns out that currently Tampa has 7 forwards with NMC/NTC and by rule all of these players must be protected unless they waive their clauses. That means Brayden Point and Anthony Cirelli would have to be left unprotected in the ED unless things significantly change on the current roster. If I were the Flyers, I would give up whatever it takes: prospects, picks, players, money, whatever, to get these two players from Tampa! These are the types of players you build around IMO.
