My team has missed the playoffs 5 years in a row now. I'm sore and mad as hell. But I'm happy with Yzerman's rebuild. |

I wouldn’t have been upset if we have picked up non truculent, skilled Forsberg. |

It’s going to be a tough division next year.
Tampa Bay, Boston and Toronto will still be good.
Florida is now good.
Montreal will chase.
Ottawa will be much improved.
Buffalo will suck.
Tough for Detroit to make any headway. |

You think they go back to same divisions next year?
I’ll be curious if there is a reconfiguration, especially with Seattle coming in. |

Washington refused to play the last five minutes in Boston’s end,
When will teams realize kitty-bar-the-door is a recipe for failure? |

Hall with the game tying goal. He’s looking like a really good pickup for Boston. |

NHL has already announced it.
Kraken go to Pacific, Coyotes slide over to central. |

It's gonna be hard for the Habs to make the playoffs if you ask me.

Well that stinks...
Hopefully Boston slows down at some point because that’s going to be a crazy division. |

Detroit will take another step but still won't make the playoffs. 2022-23 I'm expecting they will. Seider next year. Berggren and Raymond eventually. Hopefully Zadina, Hronek, Veleno and Rasmussen improve. We'll get a good player in this year's draft. Luke Hughes maybe. |

I was on the Zadina train in his draft year.
I think he'll do great at some point.

I'm still bitter about Holland drafting Zadina over Quinn Hughes. But Zadina really improved this year in terms of his 200 foot game. I think he'll be a top 6 winger but not a star. |

Meh, at the time of the draft, not drafting Zadina would have been seen as gutsy.
Hell he was expected to go third.
Habs messed up the order grabbing KK.

Yeah but Detroit really needed D at the time and Hughes was the logical pick. At least to me he was. When Zadina fell to #6 Holland couldn't help himself. Thing is Holland was never going to draft Hughes. Thought he was too small. He was targeting Evan Bouchard.
Yeah Bergy should've drafted Brady Tkachuk. |

Meh, Tkachuk is pretty damn good at what he does.
But I don't think he ever evolves past what he is, aka a 50 points powerforward.
I think KK can eventually be better than that.
Mind you, it would be pretty hard not to accept a swap between him and KK right now. |
