The only thing positive I can think of to say right now about Mayfield is that his salary cap hit is minimal........that of a 3rd pairing guy. Too bad he's getting 2nd pairing minutes.

He is a few weak clearing attempts and gave up the puck pretty terribly on our blue line which lead to a pretty good scoring chance for the pens. I hope the guy scores twenty goals but I honestly thought he was not so good in the first. I agree on the rest I think the entire team needs to step here.
