i had it years ago. the same day as i had the citadelle. it's very very weird for gin. but it was also pretty good.

it was ages ago but i remember that i really liked it but i've never had it since so i don't remember what it actually tasted like. i just remember my uncle wayne (same guy who had the pappy van winkle 23 year old bourbon just sitting unopened in his ocean city, maryland house when he died like it's no big deal to have a bottle of pappy van winkle 23 year old bourbon just sitting unopened in your ocean city, maryland house) had me try both that and the magellan one day and i liked them both even though they weren't my usual super junipery, piney AF gins.

hmmm, sounds intriguing.. but yeah the citadelle is definitely more subtle, it does have juniper but also black pepper, ginger, and menthol... not sure what the exact process is but at 44% it's smooth AF.

To be honest Pat, I find the bracket challenge harder this week, it’s like I’ve watch the same 7 teams all year and not have as much knowledge on the 24 other ones because I’ve barely seen them play... One thing I do know though is that I REALLY hope Chara pounds on Marchand lol

yeah you're definitely not the only one in that situation, I'll rarely watch a game if the habs aren't playing so basically I haven't seen any of the other teams outside the north, except for highlights... and even if you've followed the league in general it's still hard to make predictions since so many teams haven't faced each other at all this year. but with your luck, you always have a chance of winning and yeah Chara manhandling Marchand could always be pretty entertaining loll
